It's No Surprise 2

Found out bio-mom is living with her latest boyfriend. I'm disgusted, but definitely not surprised. One man to another; one bed to another. What a revolting way to live your life.

And no, the boys will not be visiting you.

The People of Where I'm At:

Mom - me. I'm 32. I'm a stepmom (but I hate that title, so I'll just be Mom, thanks) and full-time homemaker. I homeschool our kids, love music and hiking (which I don't really get to do much of these days) and a few hundred other things. But I'll let you find out about those on your own.

PC - Prince Competent, my wonderful husband. Yeah, I know. You thought that stood for Price Charming. But he told me before I married him that a man who was competent was better than a man who was charming. I believed him. Because when I told him that Prince Competent better turn on the charm now and then or he might find himself lonely, he promptly returned with "Of course, my dear. Because he's competent in matters of charm as well." Yeah, see? I couldn't really say no to that, now could I?

BB - my Big Boy. He's 15. Says he might want to be a history teacher when he grows up. And I could so see him doing that. He's got a phenomenal memory. Oh, and he also shares my love of tea and all things British. His latest obsession is dragons.

LM - my Little Man. Okay, so he's not so little anymore. He's 13. But he's still the smallest of my three men. He loves to snuggle, loves the trapper hat I made him for Christmas - to the point he only takes it off for showering and sleeping. Yeah, I totally scored on that one. Recently he has been saying he thinks he might want to go into law. I could so see that. The way he processes info, the way he thinks long and hard about what's right... yes, I could see that.
